Imperial Eagle Hide

This hide is designed for the observation and photography of the Spanish imperial eagle (Aquila adalberti), one of the most exclusive and endangered birds of prey in Europe. Located in an optimal habitat for the species, it offers an unforgettable experience for photographers and nature enthusiasts.

Hide structure: Built with sandwich panels and wooden insulation, with capacity for 4 people, equipped with a spyglass window to minimize disturbances and a chemical toilet for added comfort.

Conditions and Characteristics

Location:

Strategically placed natural perches such as logs and rocks.

Duration:

From before dawn until 15:00.

Spy Glass:

Allows observation without being detected.

Chemical WC inside the hide.

Distance:

Between 10 and 30 meters, allowing for shots with great detail.

Species:

In addition to the Spanish imperial eagle, it is possible to photograph other carrion birds and raptors that share the habitat, such as the black vulture (Aegypius monachus), the griffon vulture (Gyps fulvus), the common buzzard (Buteo buteo), or even the raven (Corvus corax).

This hide offers a unique opportunity to capture the majesty of the Spanish imperial eagle in its natural habitat, with the right lighting and backgrounds to achieve impactful photographs.

Rules and recommendations

• Pick-up point: Av. de Andalucia, 14, 14430 Adamuz, Cordoba.
• It is important to arrive at the agreed time, as entry to the hide must be done without disturbing the environment.
• Any noise or sudden movement inside the hide is prohibited.
• It is recommended to bring lenses of 300mm or more for close-ups and flight shots.
• Wear discreet clothing suited to the day's weather conditions.
